Return & Claim Instructions

Claims are only accepted in cases of:

    • Incorrect item received
    • Manufacturing defects

For eligible claims:

    • Unboxing video proof is required
    • Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received, with original hangtags attached
    • Shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by us

Any claims must be submitted within four days of receiving your order.
