Claims are only accepted in cases of:
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing defects
For eligible claims:
- Unboxing video proof is required
- Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received, with original hangtags attached
- Shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by us
Any claims must be submitted within four days of receiving your order.
